In our series, The gifts of the Spirit, we are looking into each of the gifts found in 1 Corinthians 12. The Apostle Paul said that he would not have us be ignorant about these amazing gifts, but we would have to admit, most are! We must have an understanding about each one of these gifts so that when the Spirit manifest these in our presence, we know we can yield to them and allow Him the freedom He desires to see the body profit from these gifts. Today we briefly look into the gift of discerning of spirits. The big misunderstanding concerning this gift in particular has been that its to discern evil spirits only. The bible gives us some great examples of this gift as it is the gift that gives us insight into the spirit realm. To see both good and evil. Lets talk about it.
