“I hate daily weight fluctuations.” I hear this statement all of the time. I know it turns a lot of you off from getting on a scale in the first place because you can't deal with the daily weight fluctuations. The thing is, daily weight fluctuation is normal. In fact, the average adult's weight fluctuates up to 5 or 6 pounds per day. Your weight is a reflection of what you eat and drink when you exercise and sleep and what you think.
Our brains want to make daily weight fluctuations a problem, but they don’t have to be and I'm going to tell you why. I will be approaching this topic over the next three podcast episodes.
