Joining me behind the mic is Federico Tavaras who I first met through Instagram following his account Wisdom Addicts, which is a community of book lovers and entrepreneurs looking to broaden their minds with new knowledge. I had the pleasure of appearing on his show, the Wisdom Addicts Podcast, and today he is returning the favor by sharing his wisdom.

Federico is an athlete and entrepreneur, starting his own non-profit in 2016 as a college student. The Aspiras Foundation uses soccer and education as a tool to aid disadvantaged soccer clubs in Latin America. 

He is also the founder and managing director of the Reaching Dreams Agency, a digital marketing and consulting agency, and is sharing the lessons he's learned from launching and scaling multiple businesses.
