This week on Physio Foundations I spoke with the one and only Ebonie Rio about her career pathway from physiotherapy student to being an internationally recognised practitioner, educator and researcher.
Ebonie is a sports physiotherapist, physiotherapy educator and a world-leading researcher with many highly cited and highly discussed papers in the areas of tendinopathy.
We discussed Ebonie’s career pathway, her mentors, the interesting people she has worked with, balancing clinical, research and teaching work with life outside work and what she thinks are the most important foundational knowledge and skills for physiotherapy practice.
