EP 166 - How To Create An Emergency Action Plan and Calm Your Anxiety Of The Unknown
There are many things that keep women up at night and if you’re a mom just add a million other things to that list. In today’s episode I am touching on some common things that cause anxiety in women and sharing how you can get through it. I am sharing some personal stories in my life that kept me up as a mother and caused major worry, but how I was able to create a plan of action that put things in place in case of an emergency situation. Planning is everything and although you may not be able to control what happens in your future, you are able to set up a plan that can make going through some of the hardest times of your life a bit less stressful.
