During Family Reunion, Joe met a Disney executive who gave a speech. The executive’s presentation pointed out the importance of creating an organization to retain the best talent–and then to get the best results from that talent.The point was to get feedback that can be valuable to help create a dialogue, and there are positive ways to do that. There is a big difference between leverage and delegation.
David got to speak at Harcourts North America at their national conference. Their keynote speaker was motivational speaker Julia Gentry. She spoke about living convicted. The point of the goal is not the goal–it is who you become as you pursue the goal.
