EP. 54 What Shy Kids and Mean Kids Have in Common; Create Confidence through movement with special guest Michelle Tremblay
Welcome Back No-Problem Parents! Are you raising a shy kiddo? Do they get picked on by other kids and just "take it"?
Or maybe you are raising the "mean kid" and it seems as if they feel like they're better than the other kids but deep down, their self-confidence is no greater than the shy kids.
When a child or teen feels confident about themselves and their self-esteem is strong, they stand up for themselves and/or they don't feel the need to put others down.
My guest today shares how martial arts, yoga, acting, dance, and other forms of movement build confidence in kids.
