The Cleveland Guardians have been known to trade away elite talent in order to avoid paying top dollar. They've finally chosen to keep a homegrown star, Jose Ramirez. Ramirez agreed to a 5-year, $124 million deal. It's the largest contract in franchise history since Edwin Encarnacion got $60 million.
