We've all been there. Working out is high in our priority list BUT we're feeling tired and sluggish before hitting the gym. Yikes!
But should you really push through and workout anyway when you are exhausted and super tired?

Despite the fact that working out can give us energy, exercise also stresses your body and sometimes this cumulative stress can affect your day-to-day routine and exhaust you even more.

Listening to your body is an important part of this journey. We have to learn how to constantly tune in to what we’re feeling and what our bodies are telling us
