On this episode of the UTLRadio Podcast Peter enters the ring to discuss the trademark smackdown brewing between the Rock's XFL inclusivity program and Megan Rapinoe's wife program TogethXr.  A cease and desist was sent to the XFL by TogethXr alleging the the XFL's logo infringes on its logo.  We discuss trademark infringement and what a court will need to look at to determine whether or not the mark will cause confusion in the marketplace.
