Police have arrested the suspected Brooklyn subway shooter today, the day after he allegedly opened fire on a train, in which 10 people were shot. Frank R. Jones, 62, was first identified as a person of interest on yesterday and has been upgraded to a suspect in the case. Authorities captured him in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood.
