Let's remove the labels of right and wrong, and instead, be open to other ways of thinking about things and know that your thoughts are, ultimately, a choice.
In this week's episode, I talk about the perception of right and wrong thoughts and how to decide which ones to keep and which ones to believe and build our mindsets around. I'm also expanding on why you need to be open and flexible to new thoughts and new ideas so that you can adapt and adjust and change and grow as you're going through life.
