As you know there are a ton of new "distilleries" out there that call themselves distillers but don't actually distill anything. That's not necessarily bad, but it's basically lying. However, Starlight is not one of these. Their unique situation allowed them to ferment and age whiskey using their own grains on their own land and according to their own schedule. And what's the result of all this care and carefulness, you ask? Well, just click play and listen in! (Also, just FYI, we refrained from singing Madonna's "Lucky Star" which has "Starlight" in the chorus. You're welcome.)
