She is the Founder and Owner of Bliss Life Yoga & Wellness and created the movement Release Reclaim Rise | Be You. Live Love for her signature Transformational Soul Self Mastery Program designed specifically for you and your self-discovery journey.

She can also assist you with Healing Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, Energy Healing Soul Clearings, Yoga and Ayurveda Wisdom, and Meditation, as she is a Registered Ayurvedic Health Counselor/Educator, Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, Inspired Speaker, Reiki Master/ Teacher, Skilled in Level II EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique) and has a Bachelor of Divinity in Spiritual Counseling & Metaphysical Healing.
