Kuartez James started his coaching career in the high school and Pop Warner ranks in Berlin, Maryland, as an extension of his love for football.
James's passion for helping young athletes led to the creation of his program, Recruit University, whose mission is to help aspiring athletes earn the opportunity to play college sports.
In this episode, James discusses how his interest in coaching and how putting players in the best position to succeed led to developing his recruiting program. He will also discuss what led to putting that knowledge to paper and becoming a published author.
In addition to James telling his story, he will also share some advice for parents and student-athletes about what they can do in the recruiting process.
