While the NFL Playoffs opened with 14 teams vying for the Vince Lombardi Trophy, 16 other teams sat at home.
Among those 16 teams playing golf or going fishing were several teams who had a legitimate shot to make the playoffs in the final weeks of the regular season – the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, Las Vegas Raiders, and Miami Dolphins.
In this bonus episode, host Earl Holland talks with fans of the teams that just missed the cut for the postseason:
NFC:
Dallas Cowboys: Matthew Lang
New York Giants: Vinny Varadarajan
Minnesota Vikings: David Kraus
AFC:
Miami Dolphins: Darryl Davis
Las Vegas Raiders: Kenny Brown
