As a three-sport star and one of the most decorated female athletes in the history of Snow Hill High School, Courtney Kief has put together a resume of accolades, including earning a spot in the inaugural class of her alma mater’s athletic hall of fame.
After achieving so much as a player, Kief added to her accomplishments as a coach leading the Snow Hill girls basketball team to its first regional title since 1992.
In this episode, Kief discusses her athletic background with host Earl Holland as well as how she became interested in the sport of basketball.
Courtney also goes into how she got into teaching and, eventually, coaching, what it’s like coaching at her alma mater, and the lead up to Snow Hill winning the regional title.
