If you want to create a different outcome, you need to start being open and flexible –starting with your mindset. It’s up to you to decide if your mindset is helping you or hurting you and take appropriate action.
In this week’s episode, I talk about how thoughts and mindsets affect our lives and why it’s important to get back to this neutral place where we’re not labeling and judging but watching and learning. I’m also explaining why you need to be aware of the systems your brain uses to filter information, so you be an intentional part of your thought process, observe how these thoughts serve you (or hurt you), and then do something about it.
