The warning signs are subtle, until they aren't. And pulling yourself out of burnout requires energy and motivation you might not have because you are burnt out. By the time someone says, "I'm getting burned out" they usually already are.
I asked Domenico Ciarallo, James W Haile Jr and Gary Fredericks how they know if they are heading towards burnout.
Some of their answers were what you might expect, lack in interest in things they enjoy and not eating has healthy as they know they should.
