I have been on this grief journey for over 10 years. Actually, my grief story started a lot longer than 10 years ago. My story started well over 10 years ago...and yet I'm still sharing it. Why? Because it matters. Because it gives others permission to share. Because it normalizes life experiences. Because it allows me to understand my needs in it just a little bit more.
