Do you feel like the only one holding yourself back is YOU? Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. Today I am chatting with Frenda Rodgers to discuss ending the battle against yourself and pivoting with discernment and strength.
Frenda is the CEO and College Access Counselor Access Chicago, where they provide homeschooling room for learning and academic tutoring for our kids. She co-founded Red House, a not-for-profit organization serving prostituted teens in Chicago and its surrounding areas. She was formerly a professional school counselor for the Brownsville Scholastic Institute and is also a recently self-published author of Nobody: Me at Age 40 - I am embracing your life's journey. Frenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Spelman College, a couple of Master's Degrees, and is working towards her Ph.D. in Human Services with a concentration on Social and Community Services and nonprofit management.
"I pivot, and I move because God tells me to move. …if God does not lead me, because God created me and gave me this purpose, I'm lost." - Frenda Rodgers.

I hope you caught that because Frenda dropped so many gems on being aligned with what God wants you to do, being aligned with your purpose, and being in tune with yourself during a pivot. Feel free to DM me on Instagram to share with me how you have pivoted in the past few years or where you can feel a shift coming on! As always, I would love to hear where you are in your business and how the show is helping you lead behind the scenes!
