The Cinemania Society has discovered a cache of VHS cassettes that contain dossiers on individuals suspected of being causative agents of CINEMANIA. We play a tape for our listeners that covers disgraced American ex-politician and legislative moralist William "Will" H. Hays, the creator & enforcer of the Motion Picture Production Code (a/k/a "The Hays Code"), which placed stringent moral standards on content appearing in American films between 1934 and 1968.
