97. Constantly Counting the Minutes Until Bedtime? Follow These 3 Steps to Stay Present. Part 2.
Are you constantly counting the minutes until bedtime? Do you find yourself daydreaming about how much easier life will be when the kids are older? So many of us as moms find ourselves caught in this endless cycle of wishing the time away, then feeling guilty about, but not knowing how to stop it. The standard answer of, “Enjoy this now because they will be gone before you know it,” doesn’t help you with this vicious cycle you are stuck in. Today I walk you through 3 steps to get out of this cycle and stop wishing the time away (at least most days).
