Rapha presents Talking Luft!
Arm warmers over or under sleeves? Gloves or no gloves? Glasses over or under helmet straps?
After our Giro episode last week I've got American pro, Joe Dombrowski back on the pod and this week we're Talking some Luft. 2.0 to be exact.
Talking Luft 2.0 is always a bit of fun, and I ask him questions about the little intricacies of style in the pro peloton.
We talk the evolution of aero jerseys, pasta in the morning, hidden snickers bars in your feed bag, biblical salt-passing folklore, coffee stop snacks and much more!
This was a good laugh and I hope you enjoy the listen.
Stay tuned next week for my episode with Esteban Chaves.
Cheers,
Mitch

Theme MusicThe theme music for Life in the Peloton was composed by Pete Shelley, who was lead singer of the punk band Buzzcocks. It was commissioned by the production company behind Channel 4’s coverage of the Tour de France in the 1980s and was used as the theme music for the nightly highlights show. Pete died in December 2018. We were given permission by Pete’s widow and his manager to continue using the music for the theme tune to Life in the Peloton. To hear more about the music, listen to the Andre Greipel episode of Life in the Peloton.
