In this episode I explore three steps to help us maintain friendships as adults. Ways we can stay connected when we are are beginning go our separate ways. Friendships are important to many however, many times the friendship is only as valuable as the effort we put into nurturing it. Its is a tough balance to have and maintain healthy friendships. For many this may be a part of anxiety trying to stay connected and "be a good friend".
