Taking Time to Dream In Order to Fast Track Your Healing- Don’t Skip this Important Step- It Will Help You More than You Know

Over the past few weeks, I have been giving you the steps to healing faster. Some say you aren't able to heal on a timeline and though I do believe that is true...to an extent...I do believe you can take intentional steps to speed up the process and craft a future you want. You don't have to sit in the raw pain of a broken spirit. You do not have to sit with your loss and be helpless or even feel stuck. These steps will move you through where you are and into a Restored Spirit.  They are not for the weak that's for sure. They are all simple but ask for you to step out of your comfort zone, get real with yourself, step into vulnerability, and be honest about what you have, where you are, and what you want. You've got this! I know you do! Today's step may seem a little out of the realm of possibilities. It may even seem a little far-fetched or not something you FEEL like doing. Do it anyway! Remember you can't get something new if you do not do something new. What could your life look like in 6 months if you intentionally made a choice today?  

 

We all go through things that are really hard. We go through trials, refinement, loss, divorce, separation, loss of a job, loss of confidence, loss of identity...you name it I bet you have experienced it. What if I told you that there is a way to fast-track your healing? To laser focus your core needs and understand how your needs turned into a fear that shades your grief? What if I told you that you don't have to spend YEARS trying to understand your grief and loss? What if I told you that there is a faster way through the pain and suffering and sorrow that you are experiencing? Well, friend, there is. It's not a shortcut. It's not going around and avoiding the things you are going through- it is hitting it straight on. Let's get ready to say yes to ourselves, our healing, our lives...say yes to becoming a healthier version of you. The YOU you desire. The YOU you deserve and those who love you the most want to see.
