Almost all small business owners label themselves with fancy titles such as CEO, but when they are at the starting point of the business they tend to be the person that does everything. It's almost like the "Jack of All Trades" 

In this circumstance you are not the CEO of your business, you are the Salesperson, the Graphic Designer, the Book Keeper, The Admin Person etc..... 

Where we often fail is to realize that we can't be super successful and scale without having a good team behind us, we need to learn to delegate and focus on working ON the business instead of working IN it.
