Our 4th May episode in honor of National Foster Care Month features host Sandra Flach talking with former foster youth turned foster mom, Helen Richardson.

 

Helen shares her experience of bouncing around the foster system until she was on her own at age 18. After putting her faith in Christ, Helen began working at Focus on the Family’s Wait No More program as a Foster and Adoption Advocate. Helen and her husband have also become foster parents.
