Perhaps the hardest thing about procrastination is noticing when you're doing it. It is so easy to find other things that are perfectly useful to do (vacuuming is my go to) but aren't the priority.
I asked Heather Villa, Jennifer Pointer and Dr. Bob Choat how they notice and manage procrastination. The bottom line, procrastination is easy. Not doing it takes setting yourself up for success and then sticking to it. And if that were easy procrastination wouldn't be a thing.
