This is WAY harder to define than you might think. Is disrespect intent or perception? Who gets to decide? It seems that the person with the most power gets to say what is or isn't disrespectful.
This conversation isn't any easier in team and leader development workshops. Disrespect is something we all think we "know" when we see it but putting a hard line definition on it is almost impossible. Hence the need to have the conversation.
