Many prospective clients really have no idea when it truly is the right time to stop dieting. I truly feel the diet industry has brain washed so many into thinking that "less is more" which only brings us to a feeling of being left disappointed, no energy, poor results & extremely frustrated.
Are you experiencing....
1.) A feeling of fatigue and low energy most all the time now, where as before you might have only noticed it occasionally.
2.) Bad Sleep more consistently
3.) Poor workout performance, less strength and energy
4.) More often constipated, bloating & or the feeling of fullness more often

These are all bigger signs to be noticing and our health is not one to be sacrificing.
