Integrating Behavioral Health Into Primary Care: Learning From Rush University Medical Center’s Collaborative Care Model

This week, Sg2 Perspectives welcomes Dr. Neha Gupta and Dr. Jonathan Kaplan from Rush University Medical Center, along with Sg2’s behavioral health lead Stephanie Snider, to discuss behavioral health integration and a collaborative care model that incorporates behavioral health into the primary care setting at Rush.
