Before you slash your calories, I urge you to truly reflect on a few important areas to gather more feedback. This will help you know if you need to decrease calories or slowly increase (Reverse diet) calories.
My mission is to truly teach you how to keep your metabolism working at its peak! With you eating as many calories as you can, WHILE losing fat.
Often times prospective clients come to me and have been continually slashing calories, thinking that was the answer to fat loss. When really it had no impact on the scale and truly a worse impact on all these other important areas.
More importantly really just staying in tune with your body and the feedback it is giving to you that is of course non verbal and not visual, so for many it is not obvious signals to recognize.
Before decreasing calories for fat loss please reflect on:
