Are you feeling the stigma and shame that can come with experiencing hair loss and wearing a wig? Do you feel like you're all alone on this journey? What if I told you that you can get to a place where you love and accept yourself no matter what?
I’m here to tell you that it’s absolutely possible to wear a wig and be shame-free- because I’ve been there!
I know that learning how to deal with hair loss can seem daunting at first. It’s so easy to get hung up on figuring out why it’s happening- it can keep you in a state of inaction. The most useful thing you can do for yourself is to stop those negative thoughts and start looking for solutions.
Going through hair loss depression can happen to anyone, especially if you don’t have any guidance. In today's episode, I’m sharing how to deal with hair loss and some techniques on how to stop worrying about hair loss- reminding you along the way that you are beautiful inside and out regardless of what your hair looks like.
Don't let fear stop you from trying new things.
Remember, you can try to correct the issue, but it does you no favors if you don't first accept it!
