Cooking for your family can take forever and be overwhelming! Often times we have to stop what we are working on and try to figure out what to make for dinner, usually at 4pm when we are the most exhausted. We race off to the grocery store and wander down the aisle aimlessly, or decide our time is just not worth it and order delivery. In this episode I share my three easy tips to meal planning. Meal planning definitely saves me time, money, and sanity. It insures that I do not have to figure out what to have for dinner at the time in the day when I feel the most exhausted. We end up eating healthier, not wasting food or buying food we already have, and spending less money by avoiding take out. Grab a notebook and pen, and get ready to save yourself some sanity!
