Welcome back Backstory fans! In this great episode we ring up actor James Duval. He has been in a ton of movies, with some favorites of ours being “Donnie Darko”,“Independence Day” and “Gone in 60 Seconds”. James sits down with us and talks about these roles and more in this wide ranging episode where we get to know more about him. We discuss his backstory to getting into acting, what it was like being on the set of some of the larger budget movies he has been in, as well as some of the indie films he has enjoyed doing just as much. We discuss his love of music, and we were a bit surprised to find out his favorite genre. We also discuss his new film, “I, Challenger”, in which he plays a slacker who wants to change his life, and comes up with the idea of live-streaming a self-burial stunt. What could go wrong? James was funny, charismatic, humble, and very kind during our chat, and we really enjoyed talking with him. It’s an interview you don’t want to miss!
