Our phones (that little computer that fits in the palm of our hand) is constantly with us. 🙋‍♀️ Guilty. 🙋‍♀️As a society we are addicted to input, causing so much stress on our minds and bodies.  Feeling like we have to fill every moment with something to listen to or read or mindlessly scroll.
