I recently heard Dr Shawna Pandya start a conversation by saying “I am an absolute disgrace" - a remarkable claim since she is a trained Neurosurgeon, Silicon Valley Entrepreneur, Martial Arts expert and citizen Astronaut. She joins me this week to talk about success, failure, shame, and resilience on the next QTS Experience.
