On this week's solosode of The Red Light Report, we are going to learn about light and its impact on health from a slightly different viewpoint. You man even consider it coming from a quantum perspective. But not to worry, there are many practical (and free!) takeaways that you can begin integrating into your daily routine as quickly as... now! (Cue: nasal breathing)
In the first part of the solosode, I will cover sunlight as a nutrient. This may seem blasé on the surface, but I will discuss in detail, the five bioactive forms of light and then make a legitimate argument that light nutrients are just as important, if not more important, than food nutrients.
In the second part of the solosode, I will dive into the practical application side of things. A majority of these biohacks you will have likely heard of, yet you are in all likelihood not implementing them a consistent basis. I will go into detail about each of these "quantum hacks" and elucidate as to how and why it would be impactful for your mitochondrial health.
