Today I am talking with the one and only Renard Simon - coach, athlete and inspiration extraordinaire! We met years ago when we were both competing and reconnected during COVID, he has been such an inspiration to me over the years so I asked him to spend some time with us so you could meet him too.
Renard has been physically active pretty much his WHOLE LIFE. He's played basketball, baseball, football, and more. He was always encouraged at a young age that eating healthy and staying active will benefit you in the long run, but he understands that in today's world it becomes difficult to stay healthy and active at the same time. We all want to create a physical appearance that is to our personal liking and his mission is to show you that there is always a way to achieve what you want by setting realistic goals and sticking to them.
He will be the first to tell you that you DO NOT have to give up your favorite foods to live a healthy lifestyle and if you can never have your favorite dessert ever in life....THAT'S NOT LIVING!
You can also turn to him on ANYTHING FITNESS! He has been training for 4+ years now and if doesn't have the answer, he will find it for you. Through his experiences he gives you advice on how to figure out what works for you. He believes that reaching your goals is all about consistency and not about what exercise will get you abs.
