Writer, producer, and filmmaker Henry McComas (Wolfman’s Got Nards) joins us for a fireside chat entitled, “Is Horror The Greatest Genre?” Is that even a serious question? It’s probably the first genre ever invented and it’s still as popular as ever. Horror has an inexorable pull that only deepens as we develop more things to be afraid of. It retains its Eldritch power over our imaginations even as our actual lives get more casually horrific. We talk about our guest’s upbringing in Alaska and how it's a great place to set a horror flick. Other highlights of this episode include a comprehensive list of horror subgenres and a really interesting attempt at creating a list of our top five scary movies.
