- This body literally created this human.
- My baby relies on this body to keep it fed (if you are feeding).
- I will not compare my body to other bodies. Every womans' situation is different.
- I will be honest with those who love me and try to listen when they tell me nice things.
- I am giving myself time.
- I am worth the effort.
- I will accept what happens and not be disappointed if I cant do it all.
- I don’t have to do it all.
- I can do hard things.
