Pharmacy Leadership: Leadership in Pharmacy: Traditional/Non-Traditional Career Paths

This podcast, produced by ASHP’s Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident Collaborative, provides an engaging interview with two pharmacy leaders who have had successful careers after completing a Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency. Although both leaders have completed the same type of residency training, they have pursued different career paths, one being traditional and the other being non-traditional.
