Many of us feel committed to having more equitable relationships, teams or organisations and communities - but don’t know where to start, how we are doing it well and we sometimes underestimate the emotional labour of living and working in this way.
In this episode we were delighted to invite Roxana Bacian ‘In The Arena’ to talk about her journey in working, coaching and connecting in more equitable ways - the hope she sees and some of the challenges involved. At the time of recording, she identified as Iacob.
Roxana (She/her) started her career as a graphic designer, trained in service design and worked on projects focused on improving public services. Roxana later trained as a coach and has focused her practice on developing a coaching practice where people experience equal and empowering relationships, especially when they have experienced deeply oppressive systems and relationships before.
