\\ CHECKING IN ON YOUR ”FEEL GOOD” HORMONES- THEY MAY BE TO BLAME FOR YOUR MOOD SWINGS, TROUBLE SLEEPING, LACK OF MOTIVATION, PAIN, WEIGHT GAIN, AND MORE!
We are about to dig into 4 of our "feel good/happy" hormones. The neurotransmitters that are responsible for making us feel GOOD!
If only we had the secret sauce to be able to get just the right amount of all of them at all times... probably a stretch.
We can however learn more about how they work within our bodies so we can be more aware of how they are affecting our day to day lives. For example, mood swings, appetite, sleep can all be changed when our hormones aren't at their optimal levels.
This can contribute to lack of motivation, fatigue, weight gain, irritability, and so much more!
When we can better understand our symptoms, we can better understand how to make changes to improve every area within us.
