Conversations where disagreements can unfold and exploring the other side of an idea are useful, healthy and in great need these days.
But it seems that humans are more likely to stand squalling at each other and calling names.
How would you know if you are in a conversation where there is learning to be had and what do you do when you realize a "debate" is heading down hill?
I got to have a fun conversation with three impressive individuals: Michael Sicuranza CFP®, AEP®, Jaclyn Zoccoli and Michael Vincent who were open, honest and thoughtful about how to get the most out of a disagreement.
Are you someone who enjoys a debate or do you avoid them as useless arguing? We would love to see your thoughts in the comments.
