In this episode of the podcast we hear from Bianca White. Bianca grew up in a very sporty family - they all participate in individual sports or team sports together. She is currently at university finishing up a Masters in Physiotherapy, so movement is a massive part of her life.
One of Bianca’s favourite sports atm is AFL - she plays women AFL and she works as a sports trainer for a football team.
She can’t remember a time when she wasn’t running or around running. The main benefit Bianca gets from running is that she feels good - without running in her life she doesn’t think she’d be as happy as she is..
