It’s Friday at 3:00 PM and the final school bell rings. For most kids, that brings the excitement the school week is over. But for other kids where their school is their lifeline to meals, it means the anxiety of wondering how, when and where they are going to eat for the next two and half days. You’ll hear from Bob Bell how he and his team at Food for Thought are tackling this problem for tens of thousands of children and their families across the Denver Metro area by delivering bags of non-perishable food every week during the school year.
