Join us as Cynthia shares her story of being raised in a household with three older siblings who were ALL affected by severe mental health issues. She yet mourns the fact that because of the lack of early intervention, her siblings were unable to lead ordinary, productive, and fulfilling lives.

Her mission is to share her story, educate, and inspire others , while reassuring them that they are NOT alone.

Cynthia is a Minister, International Speaker, Best-Selling Author, Certified Life Coach, and Mental Health Advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of HoWELL ARE YOU and is dedicated to eradicating the stigma surrounding mental illness. She embraces an integrated approach to mental wellness, which includes the physical as well as the spiritual.

Her initial solo literary project, “Crazy Didn’t Get Me,” is scheduled for release this year.
