You might be surprised how many people are lonely. And it's not just who you might expect. I have clients who spend all day, every day talking to people and yet they feel disconnected and alone.
Because of the type of work that I do, I tend to pick up on loneliness, even in casual conversations. When I've done #Happy2Listen there is an acute since of loneliness in those who choose to chat with me.
Annette Richmond, Karen Loomis and Stewart Wiggins took some time out of their day to talk with me about how they notice loneliness and what might be done about it.
Maybe it’s about connection. What are your thoughts on being lonely, how might you notice in others and what action might you take?
